‘Beginning November 1, 2018, the University of Colorado’s policy on paid parental leave will include classified staff. Under the expanded policy, full time classified staff who have been working at CU for at least 12 consecutive months are eligible for 160 hours of paid parental leave. This expansion, however, does not cover postdoctoral employees.’
